Visiting Mumbai - would you accept a rooftop invite from a paint-stained stranger offering a plant cutting, masala chai, a quick Polaroid and maybe a cheek kiss?

I'm Magnus, a Copenhagen urban gardener/photographer passing through Mumbai. I love swapping cuttings and cooking small things - but I also know boundaries. Would a low-key terrace invite like this feel charming, sketchy, or somewhere in between?
