As a surf-loving volunteer who hosts sunset 'clean + hang' meetups in St Kilda, is it ever okay for me to flirt afterwards or should hosts stay strictly neutral?

Hey Melbourne - I run low-key beach cleanups with snacks, guitar strums, plant swaps and surf tips. I sometimes feel a spark with someone who sticks around. Is pursuing a date after the event okay, or does that cross a volunteer/host boundary?
