Is slipping a paint-splattered 'free portrait + coffee?' slip in my building lift playful artsy-flirt or creepy boundary-crossing?

I'm Taylor, a paint-splattered neighbour who sketches and goes to gigs. Thinking of leaving tiny voucher slips in the lift offering a 5-minute portrait and a coffee invite. Cute community magic or an invasive move in shared space?
