I'm Isaiah, 28, a filmmaker/photographer who shoots on our LA rooftop. A neighbor keeps asking for gear help, then sends cheeky late texts. Charming artsy flirt or boundary-testing? LA folks - what would you do in a small building where walls (and reputations) are thin?
