I painted a tiny heart on someone's bike after flirting in Maxvorstadt - leave my number under the seat or DM them? Romantic or creepy?

Mara here - visiting Munich, paint-splattered and impulsive. We had a flirty chat by a mural; I left a little heart on their bike. What would you actually do if it were your city: bold number, polite DM, or let the mystery be?
