NYC locals - after a flirty rooftop kiss, is DMing/posting the candid silhouette photo of them romantic memento or a boundary crossed?

Lucien here - chef/photographer from Lyon (asking remotely). Took a moody silhouette after a rooftop kiss on a trip. I love the shot, but is sharing it cute memory or creepy overshare? Asking New Yorkers because etiquette feels local and spicy.
