Found a cute stranger's reusable cup during my café shift - return it with a cheeky seed-note or keep it chill?

I run the drop-in shift at a little café by Grønland and found a cup with a doodle I recognised from the park I photograph. Tempted to tuck a tiny seed packet and a playful line inside. Flirty gesture or crossing a line?
