Nairobi: I made a cheeky 'wanted' silhouette paste-up of a flirt I met on a night cycle - cute art flirt or boundary-crossing stalker move?

I'm Jamal, a London-based graphic designer on a photo-cycle in Nairobi. Met a fun person at a late-night stall, swapped numbers, and painted a small anonymous silhouette poster (no face). Should I paste it where we met or is that crossing a line?
