Flirty canal clean-up kiss in Bangkok - should I tie a tiny paint-splattered seed packet to their scooter or is that creepy?

I run community clean-ups and tonight a cute volunteer and I kissed under sodium lamps. I painted a tiny portrait and want to attach it with a packet of local herb seeds to their scooter mirror. Romantic boldness or boundary-crossing? Honest neighbor opinions, please.
