Flirted on the T4, swapped numbers - DM a playful voice note + invite to my Caribbean cooknight tonight, or am I being too forward?

I'm Jasper (29, Londoner passing through Sydney). We laughed about my basil pot on the train and exchanged numbers. Should I send a cheeky voice note and ask them over for a homemade Caribbean dinner tonight, or play it cool?
