Hooked up in my London flatshare's living room after a volunteer zine night - confess to my roommate, leave a smudged watercolor + my number, do both, or pretend it never happened?

I live with two chill roommates; we were loud, then quiet, then a quick hookup happened on the sofa. I painted a tiny smudged watercolor of the moment - is leaving it (plus my number) romantic or a boundary breach? Looking for blunt London opinions.
