Oslo locals: Is inviting someone back to your flat after a first date normal here, or is that too forward?

Remote Vancouver urban planner visiting Oslo - curious about local dating etiquette. I sketch streets, cook for friends, and want to know: would inviting someone back for coffee and a homemade snack after a first date be charming or too forward?
