Is inviting a flirty neighbor up to my tiny Warsaw balcony for 'plant therapy' after a kiss too forward?

Marek here - urban gardener/photographer. We shared a spontaneous kiss after a rain-soaked canal walk and I joked about 'plant therapy' on my balcony. Charming move or boundary breach in a building with thin walls?
