Bangalore - kissed a fellow volunteer during cleanup at my pop-up supperclub; inviting them to a midnight community-kitchen shift: bold & sweet or boundary-crossing?

I'm Amani (visiting from Nairobi) - I run tiny supperclubs for women's empowerment. We shared a quick kiss while wiping plates. Should I ask them to join a late-night volunteer cook & hang (and maybe more) or is that mixing work and flirting too much?
