Amsterdam - after a cheeky kiss on a canal bridge during a late-night birdwatch/photo walk, should I DM the candid shot with a flirty line or let it be?

Luca here - Rome-based art curator and amateur birdwatcher visiting Amsterdam. We shared a spontaneous kiss under the lamps and I have a candid pic of them. Flirty nudge or boundary-respecting radio silence?
