I entered a relationship with a fixed end date - I want it to be longer. Should I ask him to reconsider?

Maya here (Toronto artist, paint-splattered and overthinking) sliding this to Bangalore - we agreed on an end date when we started, but my feelings changed. Would asking to extend be brave honesty, emotional clinginess, or disrespecting his choice?
