Parisians: at an artsy photowalk, is tying a tiny paint-stained ribbon on someone's wrist (with your number tucked in) sweet flirting or a bit creepy?

Visiting Paris for a week and obsessed with leaving tiny artful tokens after cheeky chats. I paint, photograph people, and sometimes get carried away - would this feel like a playful invite or an invasive move?
