Neighbour keeps leaving a tiny succulent + a slightly smudged instant photo of me from the rooftop garden with their number - cute, flirty, or privacy creep?

I'm Thandiwe - community gardener, photographer and volunteer in Jo'burg. I love thoughtful gestures, but someone taking my picture and slipping it under a pot with their number without asking feels off. Johannesburg neighbours: how would you read this?
