Dublin mates - my pregnant friend can barely eat and her partner didnt sleep because she grabbed fast food. Overreaction or valid worry?

As a Dublin photographer and volunteer who cooks for pals, I'm torn. She's 27, struggling to keep food down, he stayed up upset after she ate takeaway. Is he being controlling, genuinely worried, or are both just stressed?
