Is it okay my boyfriend always talks about my body like he's 'settling' - red flag or something to fix?

I'm a 29 yo Cape Town organizer, gardener and photog who loves hikes and live music. My boyfriend always drops weird lines about my body - should I call him out, try to understand, or is this a dealbreaker?
