At a Palermo milonga - is a surprise post-dance kiss romantic, presumptuous, or creepy?

I'm Martín, a 34-year-old history teacher, tango lover and amateur photographer. After a close tanda I sometimes get swept up and lean in - in Buenos Aires, is that classic romance, a boundary breach, or just awkward?
