At an LA mural crawl, is playfully dabbing a paint dot on a flirt's cheek cute or crossing a line?

I'm paint-splattered most weekends and sometimes do this as a cheeky icebreaker after a compliment. Honest LA takes - flirty & funny or invasive? Consent matters, obviously.
