Lisbon - I slip a tiny hand-painted lavender sachet into someone's coat after a photowalk, then text 'sweets & maybe a kiss' - bold romantic or creepy?

I paint little scent-sachets and sometimes gift one to someone I vibed with after a dusk photowalk. If I follow up with a flirty invite, would locals call that charming, risky, or straight-up boundary-crossing?
