At a Namba festival I slipped a tiny handmade confetti-resin charm into a stranger's tote - artful flirt or creepy move?

I'm Yuki, Osaka designer/photographer. After a neon gig I made little resin confetti charms and covertly dropped one into someone's bag. Do I DM a playful note or let the charm be a quiet, awkward souvenir?
