Tiny dilemma: Would wearing a biodegradable pressed-sakura hairpin scented with yuzu on my Tokyo bike rides be a cute 'open to chat' signal or just creepy?

I'm Hana, a florist/photographer who cycles all over Tokyo. I made tiny pressed-sakura hairpins with a light yuzu scent to quietly say 'hello' to someone I'd like to meet. Quick votes - charming, boundary-crossing, or am I overthinking?
