At a San Francisco beach cleanup: someone keeps offering to share my reusable water bottle and flirting-charming or a boundary breach?

Aisha here - eco-activist/photographer visiting SF for a volunteer shift at Ocean Beach. If someone flirts while we're picking up trash, is that a cute spark or does it derail the community vibe?
