Is leaving a tiny hand‑painted 'kiss?' token on our flats' noticeboard playful flirting or a creepy boundary-cross in Manchester?

I sketch little cards for fun and someone left one addressed to 'you' on the communal board after spotting me at the laundrette. As a non-binary illustrator, I'm torn - flirt back, set a boundary, or escalate?
