Miami - Is DMing a candid portrait I took of a stranger at a mural a cute art-flirt or crossing a line?

I bike through Wynwood and sometimes snap moody portraits of people who vibe with my murals. I took a great shot last night and want to DM it with a cheeky invite. Harmless art-flirt, awkward, or creepy boundary?
