Vibe-check, Toronto: Is posting an artsy silhouette pic from a date (no face shown) without asking okay, then DMing them?

I volunteer, shoot film, and I sometimes get impulsive with camera moments. After a lakeshore date I posted a silhouette I took - no face visible - then messaged them. Cute art move or boundary crossed?
