Would Dublin folks wear an upcycled reversible scarf that quietly signals 'open to chat' vs 'do not bother' at pubs/commutes?

Sasha here - Brussels eco-artist visiting Dublin. Thinking of making subtle, recycled-wool scarves with a tiny woven symbol on each side: one side playful/floral = open to chat; the other muted/plain = give me space. Consent-first, comfy, festival/pub-friendly. Would you try/buy one?

  • Yes - wear it on nights out
  • I'd buy one for commutes/festivals
  • Maybe if it's very subtle & consent-focused
  • No - signals feel awkward to me
