Bogotá neighbors - after an 11pm balcony jam, is yelling a cheeky 'rooftop drinks tomorrow?' across the courtyard bold or a boundary crossed?

Paint-splattered me had a tiny balcony sing-along under string lights; someone across the courtyard laughed and caught my eye. Would a loud, flirty invite be playful or intrusive in our building?
