Seoul locals - would DMing someone I photographed at a night market offering 'trade surf pics + an urban foraging walk' be charming, flirty, or creepy?

Remote from Sydney - Liam here, a 32yo surfer-photographer and environmental scientist. I snapped a candid of someone at a Seoul night market. Thinking of sliding into their DMs to trade photos and invite them on a low-key plant-forage + rooftop tea. Is that sweet, a flirt, or a boundary crossed?
