Oslo - would a tiny hand-drawn map of 'safe flirting spots' pinned to a community board be thoughtful or creepy?

Visiting planner from Toronto here. I sketched a little map marking well-lit benches, ferry-side spots, and sauna-friendly meetups with a tiny heart and pinned it at a local community board. Community-minded icebreaker or boundary-crossing move?
