Chicago - Trading a quick fully-clothed rooftop 'portrait shoot' for homemade ramen at my place: cute barter-date or sketchy?

I'm Alex, 28, urban gardener + photographer. Thinking of offering a barter-style invite - I take a few portraits, they bring ramen. Is that a charming, resourceful date idea or a boundary that screams 'don't come over'?
