Is it okay to offer an 'optional cheek-kiss' as a thank-you for volunteers helping paint a São Paulo mural?
I organize community mural days in São Paulo - as a graphic designer and activist I want warmth but not awkwardness. If I hand out little painted 'thank-you' tokens that mention an optional cheek-kiss, is that sweet community culture or a boundary problem?

No - keep volunteer spaces strictly platonic
Only with explicit consent and clear boundaries
It's fine - two-cheek greetings are culturally normal
