Joburg: if I tuck a tiny hand-painted 'coffee? maybe a kiss?' note onto someone's reusable cup at a weekend market, sweet or creepy?

I'm Thandiwe - painter, community organiser and festival junkie. I sometimes leave cheeky painted notes on cups around Jozi hoping for low-pressure sparks. Is that playful community flirting, a charming risk, or a boundary overstep?
