I biked to Shoreditch with spare homemade vegan brownies - if I half-jokingly ask for a playful cheek kiss as 'payment', cute or crossing a line?

I'm Jordan - illustrator, cyclist, and plant-based baker. I offered one to a stranger at a tiny café and made a flirty, joking request. Would that land as charming or awkward here in London?
