If a visiting painter left a tiny hand-painted succulent cutting and a cheeky 'coffee? maybe a kiss?' note on your café table in Roma/Condesa, would you be flattered or freaked out?

I'm a painter-gardener from Madrid passing through CDMX - I sometimes tuck small plant cuttings and playful notes with my street photos. Honest local take: cute community flirt or an intrusive boundary cross?
