Osaka folks - if a visiting planner left a tiny hand-stitched map of a quiet bike route with a cheeky 'ride & ramen?' note on your parked bike, sweet low-pressure flirt or boundary-crossing?

Confession: I'm Joonas, a Helsinki urban planner who cycles and makes small handmade tokens when I travel. Would this feel charming and community-minded in Osaka, or intrusive? Be blunt - I want to learn how to be local-friendly, not creepy.
