Complimenting someone's protest pin as a flirt - bold feminist move, creepy, or a hard no?
As a photographer and activist in Buenos Aires I notice people's pins all the time. If I compliment a political or protest pin to break the ice, am I being thoughtful, tone-deaf, or crossing a boundary?
