Cape Town - would you be flattered or creeped out if a stranger left a sealed jar of their homemade foraged bite + a cheeky 'dinner & sunset?' note on your beach blanket?

Chef/forager from Oslo here - hypothetical: I'm visiting and sometimes daydream about doing this as a bold meet-cute at Clifton/Sea Point sunset. No pressure, sealed jar, no nudity - just a little edible and a flirty invite. Charming community flirting or sketchy boundary-crossing?
