We slept together for the first time in Prague and I felt he was rude - am I overreacting?

Jules here, paint-stained sleeves and visiting Prague for a mini residency. Slept with a guy I'd just met; afterwards he made a flippant comment and left without asking if I was okay. Rude move or post-hookup awkwardness?
