Is it too forward to ask someone at a flea market where they got their whole thrifted outfit - and offer to buy pieces on the spot?Haru here - chronic thrifter and street-photo nerd. I get outfit envy hardcore; do I ask point-blank or keep my awkward admiration to myself?
